Introduction to Sensors for Mechatronics & Robotics (Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering)
Martino De Carlo has been collaborating with the Photonics Research Group (led by Prof. Vittorio Passaro) since 2017.
His research interests are mainly focused on integrated optical sensors (including gyroscopes, particle sensors, gas sensors), optomechanical devices and non-Hermitian photonics and electronics (parity-time and anti-parity-time symmetries). The main application fields of his research are oriented to aerospace, biomedicine and environmental monitoring.
