Biography

Prof. Francesco Adamo obtained his master's degree and PhD in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bari in 2000 and 2004, respectively. He is currently Associate Professor of Electrical and Electronic Measurements and teaches courses in the Master's Degree programs in Automation Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering. From the 2024/2025 academic year, he will teach a course in the Bachelor's Degree program in Electronic Engineering and Internet Technologies.
His research interests concern electronic measurements for the characterization of systems and devices, with particular attention to digital signal processing for measurements, modeling of analog-to-digital converters, and measurement systems for research and industrial automation based on computers and microcontrollers. He is a member of the Italian Group of Electrical and Electronic Measurements.
