Francesco Anelli obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering (with honors, 2019), a master's degree in Electronic Engineering (with honors, 2021), and a PhD in Electrical and Information Engineering (with honors, 2024) from the Polytechnic University of Bari. He currently holds a fixed-term Type A research position at the same university. His research focuses on the design, manufacture, and characterization of fiber optic components and sensors for mid-infrared applications, as well as the development of metasurface-based antennas.
