Authorization of the Examination Board for a Discontinued Course
If the exam to be taken is not visible on ESSE3 because the course is no longer offered, the student should contact the referent professor1 for the course or the scientific-disciplinary sector (SSD). The referent professor for the course proposes the Examination Board for the current Academic Year to the Director of the relevant Department. The Director proceeds with the appointment of the board, and the departmental teaching secretariat (Dr. Maria Corsini) enables the appointed professor in the role of Board President within the ESSE3 system, allowing them to schedule the exam session. Already appointed examination boards retain their validity until the end of the subsequent course's lessons, being renewed/confirmed/re-formulated for exam sessions held from the end of that course until the next.
Viewing Exams on ESSE3
For the correct display of data/exams/academic record on the ESSE3 portal, students must contact the ICT Department (Dr. Vito Corsini).
- The referent professor is defined, subject to their availability, in order of priority as:
1) the professor responsible for the course at the time of the student's request;
2) the professor who taught the course during the student's attendance year as per their study plan;
3) the professor who last taught the course;
4) any professor from the same scientific-disciplinary sector (SSD) as the course. ↩︎
